СНЯТИЕ ОБЛОМАННЫХ СВЕЧЕЙ MERCEDES-BENZ 2.2 CDi

На примере Mercedes Vito, 2.2 CDi 2003 г.в. рассмотрим замену свечей накала:

1.Отпускаем хомуты воздушного патрубка, и откручиваем 2 болта его крепления, а также две гайки декоративной крышки. Снимаем крышку, от патрубка отсоединяем сапун и снимаем сам патрубок.

2. Отпускаем хомут 1, отсоединяем вакуумные трубки 2 (коллектор, заслонка, ЕГР), откручиваем болт крепления коллектора 3, откручиваем болты коллектора 4, откручиваем болты ЕГР 5

Внимание! Еще  1  болт крепления воздушного коллектора.

Откручиваем 2 болта крепления клапана ЕГР и снимаем сам коллектор.

Имеем максимальный доступ к свечам накала.

А так же можно снять крышку форсунок и сделать инспекцию им.

Предварительно заливаем свечи WD-40 или Presto на 15-20 мин., после начинаем поочередно выкручивать. Если свечи длительное время находились в нерабочем состоянии, то возможен облом нагревательного элемента или самой свечи. Если при отручивании свеча останавливается что бы предотвратить облом пробуйте раскачивать свечу и подливать WD-40 или Presto. Не забываем прогонять резьбу метчиком М10х1 №2, ПРЕДВАРИТЕЛЬНО ВСТАВИВ ТАМПОН в отверстие свечи, после прогонки резьбы обязательно продуть воздухом и достать тампон, после свеча должна закрутиться от руки. Зажать свечу моментом 10-12 Нм или указанным на упаковке в зависимости от производителя.

Сборка осуществляется в обратном порядке.
